The Telegraph brings news that Google is to end its use of an offshore subsidiary in Bermuda to legally divert massive profits away from the EU via The Netherlands or Ireland. The paper
reveals the tech giant has anticipated that new tax laws will close the loophole and it will now shift payments for licensing its technology back to the US direct.
