Mindshare Appoints Palmer Shedd Global Chief People Officer

WPP media agency Mindshare has appointed Kristina Palmer Shedd as its new Global Chief People Officer. She joins from Publicis Sapient, where she was most recently vice president/talent acquisition.

Palmer Shedd’s remit includes employee relations, DEI, recruitment and operational deployment. She will report to Global CEO Adam Gerhart and work closely with agency leadership to develop its talent and employee proposition going forward.

She is also tasked with helping Mindshare more effectively tap wider resources from WPP and GroupM, across employee relations, compensation/benefits, learning/development, talent acquisition, capacity management and HR operations.

Palmer Shedd succeeds Netherlands-based Ton Schoonderbeek who will work in a transitional capacity through October.

Gerhart stated, “Kristina will leverage Ton’s foundational work to ensure that Mindshare not only continues to be the place where you can do the best work of your career, but also is a place that is inclusive, diverse and that acknowledges and supports every kind of talent that people can bring to the business.”
