Billionaire Tom Steyer who has been funding a TV campaign encouraging Americans to sign a petition to impeach President Donald Trump, added out-of-home to his media mix on Monday.
The billboard, placed at a highly trafficked corner of New York’s Times Square, features a dour photo of Trump and a one-word headline: “Impeach!”
Like the TV spots, the billboard encourages passersby to go to NeedToImpeach.com to sign the petition. According to the billboard, 2,595,706 have done so to date.
“We launched this billboard in Times Square for a simple reason,” Steyer explains in an email, noting: “The American people, Congress, and President Trump himself need to see the nationwide strength of our movement.”

Sorry but buying outdoor advertising does not "demonstrate the nationwide strength of our movement.” It only demonstrates you know how to buy advertising.
The billboard, if the numbers shown are true, will not show strength in advertising, but it seems its more about letting people know that 2.5MM people are in this movement. Its like McDonalds when they used to put how many burgers were sold on the stores (I think they now just say "over a billion"). This is smart use of a billboard as its also in the home town of this president. And we know his ego....
If he could be impeached, it would have surely happened by now. Mueller will still be digging in 2019. It's time to "move on" (as they told us in 1998).
Appreciate his passion and investment, but his message is muffled and missing invaluable points. He's boring, too.
