EdgeWave, a provider of cybersecurity and compliance tools, has introduced a service to protect Microsoft Office 365 users.

EdgeWaveSecureUp defends users against spam, viruses, spyware, phishing schemes, identity theft and dangerous or offensive content. This is done through a hosted SaaS solution.

The service also includes a secure email-archiving solution. This can support compliance needs and litigation work, the company said.

The firm added that EdgeWaveSecureUp complements MS Exchange and Office 365 with features via a single view in Outlook.

The service also maintains an uninterrupted email stream in instances of planned or unplanned shutdowns, the company added.
